1. About Lisa Listens

Lisa Listens is an AI companion service operated by Lisa Listens LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Georgia. Our service provides users with access to Lisa, a warm and supportive AI companion designed to provide conversation, companionship, and emotional support.

Lisa is an artificial intelligence. While she is designed to be warm, genuine, and supportive, she is not a licensed therapist, counselor, medical professional, or crisis intervention service. Lisa Listens is not a substitute for professional mental health care, medical advice, or emergency services.

2. Eligibility

To use Lisa Listens, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a resident of the United States
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account

By using Lisa Listens, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements.

3. Your Account

When you create an account with Lisa Listens, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Keep your password secure and not share it with others
• Notify us immediately at support@lisalistens.chat if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

Lisa Listens LLC reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service.

4. Free Trial

Lisa Listens offers a 7-day free trial to new users. During your free trial:

• No credit card or payment information is required
• You will have full access to Lisa's features based on the plan you select at the end of your trial
• We will send you a reminder email on day 5 of your trial
• If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your access will end automatically
• You will not be charged anything if you do not subscribe

Lisa Listens reserves the right to modify or discontinue the free trial offer at any time without notice.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Lisa Listens offers the following subscription plans:

• Basic Plan — $4.99/month or $49.99/year — Unlimited text conversations
• Premium Plan — $10.99/month or $109.99/year — Unlimited text and voice conversations
• Family Plan — $13.99/month or $139.99/year — Unlimited text and voice conversations for up to 3 users

Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Lisa Listens LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Here is how cancellation works:

• Monthly plans: If you cancel a monthly subscription, you will retain access to Lisa Listens until the end of your current billing period. Your subscription will not renew and you will not be charged again.
• Annual plans: If you cancel an annual subscription, you will retain full access to Lisa Listens until the end of the annual period you have paid for. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable for unused months. Your subscription will not renew at the end of the annual period.
• No partial refunds are offered for unused time on any plan.

Price Changes

Lisa Listens LLC reserves the right to change subscription prices at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price change takes effect. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Lisa Listens only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You agree not to:

• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to manipulate or deceive Lisa or use the service to generate harmful content
• Use the service for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or interfere with the service
• Share your account credentials with others (except on the Family plan, which allows up to 3 users)
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable local, state, or federal laws

Lisa Listens LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

7. Important Mental Health Disclaimer

Lisa Listens is designed to provide companionship and emotional support. It is not a mental health service, crisis intervention service, or medical service of any kind.

Lisa is not a substitute for professional help. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, thoughts of self-harm or suicide, or any medical emergency, please contact:

By using Lisa Listens, you acknowledge that the service is not a crisis or emergency resource and agree to seek professional help when needed.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Your conversations with Lisa are private and secure. We do not sell your personal information or share your conversations with third parties for advertising purposes.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Lisa Listens — including but not limited to the Lisa character, website design, text, graphics, and software — are owned by Lisa Listens LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of Lisa Listens without our express written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Lisa Listens is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Lisa Listens LLC does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lisa Listens LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lisa Listens LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or emotional distress, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of Lisa Listens shall not exceed the amount you paid to Lisa Listens LLC in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Georgia.

13. Changes to These Terms

Lisa Listens LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
